They haven't yet decided formally. But above comment from Shah Mahmood shows that they are also going for commission. But the commission should be formed from within the bench that's hearing the case..

IK has said that they will discuss the matter and will inform the court on 09th.

Yes..statement from shah mehmood..even if its not formal decision..has shown..where PTI is inclined.. But yesterday naeem bukhari in court said tht we want judges to decide and dont want commission... And now this? Uff.. Deems another uturn coming...

I think they are just thinking that what if court says that the whole case is based on downloaded documents that has no legal value...

Even if PTI documents are ignored....then sharif family has owned those flats and clearly said, they cant show money trail.. Isnt it money laundering?

And how will those documents be attested in commission, if they are just downloaded documents? Most likely NAB will provide forged documents.in commission..and a clean chit on the way for nawaz sharif then

Just when judges were going in the right direction today..and lointing out weakness in PM defense...now IF PTI goes for commission..then it will be the biggets blunder..for which all of us will have to pay.. all are party. why IK decided to come out in Nov and not before that. Panama case came in lime light in April. These politicians make fool of us and we humbly accept.

Our nation is very short memory.
Just imagine Khursheed Shah has the cheeks to say that if we come in power we will end corruption in 90 days. Isn't Sindh government there for last 8 years.

PPP calls Shahnawaz as Shaheed, how many of us remember that he died of over dose. They have declared so many Shaheeds that actual shaheeds now refuse to accept the title.

Babar Awan forgot that he was part and parcel of PPP loot and plunder.

Marya Memon wept when Musharaf left and look at her and THOOK at her.

Bilawal who never lived in Pakistan, cannot speak urdu properly and knows nothing about poverty is aspiring to be PM in 2018 and stand up for rights of poor. Just imagine PM of Pakistan with known sexual orientation.

They are all lairs, opportunist and hypocrites. They come here to rule us do AYASHI on our tax money and plunder whatever they can to spend good time in western countries.

Okk.. some clarity. PTI will discuss about the formation of commission today and tomorrow. They will revisit all the documents provided to the court. If they think that the documents provided have legal value, and will be able to indict PM, they will not go for commission. If they think that it's 50-50, they will go for commission.

Because he tried all the relevant forums first. Remember when his request was turned down by speaker? FIA didn't take any action, FBR didn't notice? When he was sure that nothing will happen, he went to SC, the registrar termed the application as frivolous.

Kia waqayi is mulk main insaf milna na mumkin hai? Whether its corruption, or treason case, like dawn leaks..we cant have justice served to the culprits? I am starting to lose faith in this country, although i love my country to death.... feel people like us, are idiots..who want any better for Pak... Our system, is just for ruling elite...and we can just be helpless.... No one is coming to our rescue

Yes, it is very difficult (if not impossible) to get justice, if you are a common citizen of Pakistan.

We all love Pakistan, but this is what it is.. We will have to live here or decide to migrate.

Can you update as to what has changed now that makes you feel this way? I wasnt following the case regularly and what is this about forming a commission and giving a new life to PM by PTI?

Still 5 months is a long time. He could have done things in quick succession. He may personally may not be party but his cronies are certainly.

Remember, SC also took notice when he went to lock down. He hasn't got endless money to do these kinds of lock downs every now and then. Any dharna, jalsa or lock down requires money, preparation and resources.

I was always the one, defending Pak, whenever someone talked bad, abt Pak in our relatives or anywhere.. Me and my mother told my father, not to apply for canadian or american immigration, even when my phuppo and sister, who live in canada and US, asked us to do so., few years ago.. But now, i feel, we were wrong and were idiots... Theres no hope for us... Only ruling elites can thrive here...

Why supreme court did not announce hearing before Lock down was announced? Why IK did not come out when SC was not proceeding the case. My friend these are all planned activities; planned in such a way that everyone is a winner
