I wanted to read Justice khosa's book "Judging with Passion" to know his thinking and psychology to an extent, but it isnt available online..

@bold... I hope u are right... I hate Khurram Dastagir to the core too...but yes, what u say, is highly probable... He will never make someone like Ch Nisar, PM...although in reality, he isnt much different too... I think he is as loyal to Nawaz Sharif as others, but still Nawaz wont make ch Nisar, Pm.. Infact Ayaz Sadiq has more chances of becoming PM than Ch Nisar

Justice wajihuddin says..he thinks theres no need of a commission..but if judges want to move forward very carefully then they might make a commission, but for tht he thinks..they should ask PM to step down...
Another interesting thing..he said is tht..kabhi kabhi judges ki opinion court room main proceedings khatam honay par kuch aur hoti hai..aur phir kabhi woh change bhi hojati hai..jab files parhi jaati hain...he said it has happened with him too... I found this interesting... Ab pata nahi...yahan kiya hota hai?

I am ready to buy Justice Khosa's book...but I dont think Justice Khosa's book will be easily available on every book store.. I think it will be available in Urdu bazar..but wahan jaye kon? Itna rush bhi hota hai......Where do u think, other than urdu bazar..kahan woh book available hosakti hai? I dont know..whether it will be available on Liberty book store, Dolmen Mall, Tariq Road? I said conclusive evidence. Don't think any one can argue that he isn't corrupt, but is it concrete proof? He lied, so what? It doesn't prove money did come from corruption. Can go either way, more likely Nawaz will get off. Doesn't mean he's not corrupt or court got bought off, just that he's a bit smarter about the way he hides it than people think.

Would be happy if he is proven guilty, but I think it's unlikely.

Court can't find him guilty just because of contradictory statements. They need hard evidence. We haven't seen all the evidence yet, so he might be found guilty, but from what we have seen, there's no clear proof.

That was job of NS not anyother party he admitted these properties belongs to him .Burden of proof was on him to show where money came from .

The issue is, have they proved beyond reasonable doubt that Nawaz is either corrupt or a liar? I watched the clips, he also said that courts can give 7 days to NS to step down. He also mentioned that suspension is not a punishment. right?

I think he and other legal experts know that NS can't get away.. I agree with him when he said that decisions may change when judge starts writing them.. but this happens in very few cases...

Once I heard a judge saying that sometime judges know in the first hearing who is the real culprit, but the only thing that comes in between justice and them is law...

Again, most lies are not his. Some are. Everyone lies. Does he lie more than others? It's still about corruption because that's what his lies are about. So to prove his lies, you need to prove his corruption and disqualify him on both.
