Man, I don't disagree with you on him being corrupt. From what proof we've seen, is it conclusive that he lies? It could be that the lies are his children and he's right. Again, not likely, but that's what Nawaz will bank on.
And that's another issue. He has brought a money trail that will prove he's truthful and his children are liars, like I said. So to prove him a liar, is to prove he's corrupt. This is why the case is one and the same, you need to prove his corruption, let's hope there is proof we haven't seen

No, it is about Sadiq and Ameen. Corruption will come later when the case will be transferred to trial court for recording of evidences.
What? to prove his lies, petitioner needs to prove his corruption? wow!
I think u not follwing what i am saying or u dont wana listen .we all lie its true but when u give speech in parliment as PM about ur family and wealth as a written draft its a statement of PM .Then in court u said something different that what this case is about .In paliment u said its Dubai jeddah london in court u saying Qatar london this is case its not about corruption yet that would be next step after this verdict .

Because he lied about his money, man. If he lied about his money, it's obvious he lied because of corruption.
Anyway, we'll get judgement soon, no point of speculating. Hopefully, he's guilty, but I don't have high hopes of it from what I've heard.

The case is about 62/63.. which cover "Sadaqat and Amanat" of a member of parliament.

Yes, but the issue is that he lied about his money because of corruption. If that is true, he's obviously not Sadiq or Ameen. If it isn't true, then there's no proof of his lies.
Besides, most proof is of his children's statements and flats, not Nawaz's

Thanks for the link... I will try to find it in bookstore first... If I dont get it there, then i will order online..usually i am not much comfortable with online buying... But if i dont get it, then i will definitely buy it online, InshaAllah... I really want to read his book... Want to know his thinking process... I think, it will be an interesting read
it would be interesting how court takes that. I never thought of it....
and it would be funny, that if he had just kept his fat big mouth shut, he would have gotten away with it.....
they have provoked immunity clause on statement it self... its upto court to decide whether its applicable or not.....
one more thought..... based on this decision... there will be petitions filed against members of parliament and future PMs as well..... and quiet a few people should get disqualified....probably most sitting in current assembly...

The onus is on Noora king, which he has failed to establish his money trail beyond reasonable doubt, giving contradictory statements in the court, NAB the toothless organisation is unfortunately controlled by Noora king, who is the regulator calls the shots, Its NAB's job to go after the corrupts and investigate but sadly its turned into a death organisation.
