Aaj tu Justice Khosa ne bhi keh diya ke article 184-3 ke tehet adalat sirf declaration de sakti hai...kisi ko mujrim qarar nahi de sakti.... SC is not the forum for tht... Waah ye 2 maheenay ki hearings ke baad inhein ye baat samajh aayi???

Aur yeh 21st feb tak hearing kiun delay ki hai? Fri aur Monday ko kia hua? Abhi tu 2weeks k gap k baad aaye hain... Abhi mazeed chutti chahye? Us baat ka kia hua..jo is case k shuru main Justice khosa ne ki thee ke daily hearings hongi????? Ya sharif family ko mauqa de rahay hain ke mazeed jaali documents le aayein???

well i guess these nooras have been exposed very badly and very very badly ... but the question is r Pakistanis who r living in Pakistan realising the fact that these nooras are the biggest ever fraudulent family of Pakistan .. all that what they have portrayed that backing of saudi royal family and living in jeddah next to holy places and being a straight forward hard hitting and nationalistic and patriotic family they r....

1st they r not Punjabis and they decieive punjabis by adding mian to their name
2nd they have zero interests in developing health and education sector of Pakistan so it means they dont bother about welfare of Pakistanis in general
3rd the level of corruption they have done in Pakistan which has been exposed again and again means they r not Patriotic at all
4th they have created more division among provinces against Punjab and not only that for them Punjab = Pakistan and Lahore = Punjab in this way they have created misconceptions, rifts, mistrusts, and parity in development among provinces...
5th they have destroyed institutions by heading them through incompetent and chamcha type of people
6th They have damaged Pakistan financially by bringing in laws that were beneficial for them and their businesses

they r just thiefs and thugs they should be kicked out and again my question remains the same

Courts give judgement according to laws.. That's why I hate man made qawaneen..

We can't blame courts, we can only blame the laws that have been passed by corrupt elite in assemblies over the past several decades..

You have raised very good points.. And no, Pakistanis need good education to understand their rights and obligations. Until then, nooras will keep getting simple majority in assemblies in the next many elections.

You will find many who still dont realise or dont want to realise either due to sheer ignorance for former or they petty self interests which amounts to the latter. When they both combine what you see is a man like sharif becoming the PM of Pakistan and the likes of Zardari becoming presidents. Solution to the problem will there should be a minimum level of education lets say matric to cast a vote. Punjab should be divided into more provinces so that wining in Punjab alone wont guarantee a government in federal but wining in all of Pakistan would. Sectarian parties are another reason thugs like Sanaullah make it to the assembly. Army will have to cut them down to size so that in the next election they dont or wont matter. Last comes the question of rigging in which the whole bureaucracy was involved. How to tackle them and those foreign forces which help these thugs secure positions in Pakistan? If the elections are conducted the way they were in 2013, rest assured we will keep hearing 16 core awam na apna faisla da dia main sb ka haq main.

Aik adhi sugar mill jati ha to kya hua its for the greater good of sharifs. Its the middile of february and they will linger the case the whole year. Kabbi tayabat ka bahana, kabbi spring holidays, or jab sub khatam ho jai ga to commission. Woh aram sa 6 months ghuzar da ga phir you can imagine the rest.

In Pakistan you cannot expect Law to take its own course. There are many factors that prohibits it. Baat judges ka sudharna ki nahi. When you are sitting at the position of PM, you have all the state machinery beneath you. Why you do think NAP was never allowed to be implemented? Who are the forces which are against NAP and military courts? Fazal-ur-Rehman, Achakzai, and who are they in collation with? Sometime people are just afraid. It does not necessary have to do with their corruption. Do remember when N league felt the heat, their ministers started threatning judges openly. Than Judges are targeted in Peshawar attack, and today Judges completely backtrack you think everything is mere coincidence?
