I dont think judge who will be part of commission, will be anyone from this bench....i think, It will be some other judge... Or even if its is someone from this bench...it wont be Justice Khosa, because he is the senior most judge and is heading this bench...woh commission ki report apnay juniors ke saamnay tu submit nahi karein ge... So i dont think its possible

Or alternatively..imagine..one member commission, someone from this bench (which i dont think ..it will be) and it is Justice Ijaz Afzal Phir tu
