They can introduce specific laws.. Parliaments have unlimited powers.. Only SC can stop any law/ changes in the constitution, but that also requires a reason..

Like 18th ammendment or 21st ammendment.. Some judges said 21st ammendment (of military courts) is un constituitional...but they were in minority.. Justice Khosa was also one of them, i think...

What i am saying is tht..agar ammendment ho bhi jaye aur SC accept bhi kar ley..tab bhi jo log us se affect hochukay hian..un par farq nahi paray ga.. Woh wapis nahi aasaktay.. Future cases ke liye hogi ammendment

What if someone impugns the amendment for being contradictory to the basic dogma of the constitution? Dude, SC always has a last call.
