I think, this is golden opportunity to get rid of family cartels. If Nawaz goes down Bama'a Ahl o Ayaal then no one can stop two way split in the party. So obviously both can't be headed by $harifs and if one day zabardasti ka Bhutto is shown the door then PPP can have someone other as well.

That will be the day democracy can take its first step in Pakistan - till then hijacked system by cartels will keep chaining our destinies.

Very true, personally I think it will go the PMLQ way, as PMLN...N for Nawaz will be gone after him.

Also I think that's the only chance PTI will ever have to win, divide and conquer.

Having come to the conclusion that in these proceedings sufficient material is not available on the record to establish that Respondent No.6 is a dependent of Respondent No.1, in a legal sense, we do not feel the necessity to discuss this aspect of the case any further, lest it should prejudice the case of either party before a competent forum if and when this issue is agitated.

Ijaz ul Ahsan will say. The petitioners have still failed to prove the Maryam was a dependent of Nawaz. Therefore, even though the JIT has proved Maryam was the beneficial owner, this alone is not going to be a ground for disqualification. The judge will be unable to change his mind on this.

Nawaz Sharif will be disqualified because Zafar Hijazi has been arrested over record-tampering. So it should be obvious that the Judges know Nawaz told Zafar Hijazi to forge the records/documents.

I don't agree with you.He's a better statesman than currently ruling ones seeing how things are changing in KPK my own province.Be it apolitical police,best local governments system ever in pakistan is now in KPK,Right to Services Act,Right to Information Act,Medical Teaching Institutions Act and it's results in the form of huge change in all major hospitals of KPK,the way government schools have totally changed now.

Unfortunately, the Supreme Court does not work that way. Zafar Hijazi will have zero impact on the case.
