ذرائع کے مطابق پنجاب حکومت کی جانب سے جسٹس ریٹائرڈ سائرعلی اور سابق آئی جی پنجاب طارق سلیم ڈوگر کے نام دیے گئے ہیں۔

ذرائع کے مطابق چاروں ناموں پرغور کیلئے پیر 28 مئی کو شہباز شریف اور محمود الرشید کی دوبارہ ملاقات ہوگی جس میں کوئی نیا نام بھی زیر غور آسکتا ہے۔

خیال رہے کہ موجودہ حکومت کی آئینی مدت 31 مئی کو ختم ہوجائے گی جس کے بعد قومی اسمبلی اور صوبائی اسمبلیاں تحلیل ہوجائیں گی اور نگراں سیٹ اپ قائم ہوجائے گا۔

صدر مملکت نے بھی عام انتخابات کے لیے 25 جولائی کی تاریخ کی سمری منظور کرلی ہے جس کے تحت ملک بھر میں ایک ساتھ 25 جولائی کو منعقد ہوں گے۔

Nasir Khosa ..ShahbazSh ke chief secy reh chuky hain...and i think principal secy to NawazSharif bhi reh chuky hain for few months....so theres still a possibility Shahbaz sharif agrees to ihs name ...desipte Nasir khosa being Justice khosa's brother

Havent heard a lot abt him...i think..Nasir khosa must also be an honest person like his two brothers...

But i dont want any of these khosa brothers (TariqKhosa or NasirKhosa) to become caretaker CM Punjab..

CM Punjab will be the most crucial post for upcoming elections..even more than caretaker PM.. aur jo bhi hoga..he will eventually become controversial...

Justice Khosa will be next CJ... i dont want Justice Khosa or any of his family members to become controversial ...due to these elections...

Agar Justice Khosa ke bhaii controversial honge tu woh hbi honge... i hope none of these brothers accept this position even if they are offered..

I had given up on you but I'm going to explain one last time in some detail and I'm sure you are still going to continue your usual rants...but here goes nothing...

I'm was not interested in any discussion on this stale, stagnant and stinking topic that if Nawaz is caught with his hand in the cookie jar then grab Kiyani by scruff of his neck too because he helped Nawaz. The logical explanation is very simple and in your face, it's just that you chose to overlook the most crucial part ...

Only an ignoramus mindset can repeat such an idiosyncratic and single minded demand when there is a stack of proof against what Nawaz and Family did and are facing courts because of that evidence...
... but there is not a single concrete proof that can implicate Kiyani in any court of Law that he helped Nawaz win elections but some rumors, circumstances, causes and effects, in-short, only tell tale signs but no concrete evidence.

So It's about lack of solid proof that could stand in the court of Law that the courts cannot find Kiyani Guilty of what circumstantial evidence we have that points towards such a collusion. All we have is a few people's word of mouth, political analysis and some tell tale signs that point towards probable cause as explained earlier.

Such signs don't stand in court, so unless there is a revelation or discovery or self admission ala Panama Style, that Kiyani did what he did with evidence to prove it, unless that happens, you are better advised to keep it toned down instead of trying to use any excuse at every opportunity to target the whole institution of Armed forces.

I have no love lost for Kiyani or any General who unnecessarily meddled in politics but that does not give me the license to cry obscenities all the time like a baby suffering from nappy rash who manages to keep scratching it all the time too. Ouch.

I hope against hope but you are welcome to please continue posting your colorful pov as if I didn't make any point whatsoever like so many of my other posts you found useless on this topic.

I agree with you 100%. PTI it seems doesn't bother with implications or worry about eventualities down the road.

It might suit them that an independent Khosa is CM in the run up to the elections but on election day, compiling results, it's aftermath and what ifs and there are lots of what ifs...bureaucracy, local and Government servants, ECP , elements in establishment etc etc.

So I'll side with your analysis that it's better that it's not a Khosa as it has more cons in the long run than pros.

I dont know i am not 100% convinced he will be a neutral ,umpire i mean siblings domt always think alike what if he unlike his brother shows loyalty towards the halat e ganj instead of Pakistan ?
We should look for someone with no affiliation with sharifs a diplomat who served UN would be a better option

You may be right too as we are all contemplating outcomes based on assumptions from varying POV but to me, whenever I find more than a few ifs and buts regarding a situation, it's safer to choose other options with less of the same risk instead of risking it all, Specially when it is about the brother of the next CJP.

And so I agree with her logic as the stakes become too high going down this road when it could all be easily avoided by choosing another neutral person. All elections have been controversial... Even if CM is honest..there maybe 1000 other ways of rigging...and eventually CM will get a bad name, even if he isnt at fault... Justice Khosa's brother becoming controversial, will have negative impact as it will make JUstice Khosa controversial too, just before him becoming CJ..

Some other honest individual must be selected but not a Khosa...

Talk any of the regular poster here @Shane @Farah Sohail @PakSword @QatariPrince @Zibago and we are strictly against any direct or even indirect intervention by armed forces in politics and we are strictly against the idea of martial law ... We want them confined to their constitutional role ...

The issue you are disucussing here is helping the sharief's as they want to divert attention from panama and thats what we are fighting against ...

Fauj ki corruption is a major issue but its a separate issue ... Achi parliment ley aoo woh fauj ko khudi control ker ly gi ...

Having said this i will always keep on respecting the institution of armed forces as i can see that the only reason we are not syria, iraq or yemen is due to the fact that our armed forces are strong otherwise Pakistan was the first target ...

Bottomline is, we are againat political rule and corruption of all individuals including generals ... However due to ongoing world conspiracies against muslim countries i have to support positive things of armed forces while keep punishing corrupt individuals ... This is my view about establishment ...
