OK, so the advisers of Wadda Shareef family has given him a way out of this situation. There are three main objectives right now, and shareef family is desperately trying to achieve all of them.
1 - The first objective is to avoid references and jail
2 - Second objective is to bring the premiership back to Shareef family so that control remains with the family and possible division in the party is avoided
3 - Third objective is to amend constitution so that no other shareef has to go through the tough time like NS has.

To achieve first objective:

a) Don't let any honest officer handle the references by:
b) Create enough controversy in the references so that SC can't take it serious by:
- creating false sense that verdict is suspended until the review petition is underway;
- avoiding NAB hearings by any means, even if they have to go out of country, citing any genuine or "fake" reason; and
- requiring pets in NAB to summon JIT members so that gaps can be identified in their statements and evidences.
c) Get assurance from a middle eastern country that until the dust settles, asylum will be granted to the whole shareef family
d) Negotiate a deal with SJC's members so that reference against Justice Khosa could be heard and he can be removed from office

To achieve second objective:

a) Work with Election Commission and different other institutions, like lower courts and NADRA, to ensure Kalsoom wins the election.
b) Get emotional support by creating a false sense in public that SC (on the instructions of PA) has kicked the most innocent man/ family out of the PM house. Bring Kulsoom Nawaz as a symbol of extreme courage and get public's emotional support.
c) To not let PA take up any role in the coming NA 120 elections by:
- keeping international pressure on establishment through neighbors such as India and Afghanistan.
- Let Modi and Afghan friends like Achakzai etc give statements against Pakistan's sovereignty so that establishment feels pressure and doesn't get involve in dirty games.
- Get the support of Saudi and other brotherly countries so that pressure is kept at max on establishment.
- Get terrorists support, if required.
d) If in case it is realized on the polling day that somehow they are losing, resort to violence.

Third objective:
============
a) Get the support of PPPP, MQM and other small parties, in both Parliament and Senate
b) Keep the pressure on Judiciary so that any attempt to strike down the amendment is effectively prevented
c) Pass the amendment ASAP
d) Ensure that the assemblies do not dissolve even if PTI and other small parties resign.
Important points to consider:
1 - No support as of yet from SJC
2 - No support from any brother Islamic country
3 - No support from establishment on compromising NA 120 elections
On the other hand:
1 - Full support from some international players have been obtained to pressurize two institutions to let Nawaz & Co. achieve first objective and become fugitive.
2 - Full support from many institutions and lower judiciary
3 - Full support from the majority of parties in parliament over constitutional amendments

Now to see whether judiciary and PA has bowed down to the demands of international players to let family go out and run the election from there, we will have to wait and watch.
Till now, it seems that the first objective will be achieved with the help of some international pressure and creating controversy through NAB and other institutions.
JIT members have countered their (PMLNs) first tactic, by not presenting themselves in NAB court. But this is the only positive action till now.
