Not necessary... there are some exceptions too.. Former bureaucrats ( even pro PTI) and onePTI official who worked with Nasir Khosa praised him for his honesty...

Plus he belongs to a respectable family.. his both other isblings, Tariq Khosa ans Justice Khosa are extremely honest... so ye bhi unn hi ki tarah honge..

TAriq Khosa was DG FIA in zardaris tenure.. does tht make him corrupt too?

Establishment needs to cull its own created, nurtured and empowered monster in Punjab that has gone completely Rabid to save its leadership's looted wealth amassed abroad.

A top civil servant letting corruption happen under his watch even if he's not doing it himself is not honourable, respectable or honest!
