References matter is already there ,,, it is to be based on JIT report so what SC needs to do ,, once the references are filed they need to compare it with JIT report and can order to insert any missing points ....

The system does not allow. Too many loopholes.

yaar yeh pehli dafa tu nahi hoga na reference ,,, this will not be the end of the world ,,, try to look at it from point of view of judges, judges cannot monitor at the time of reference preparation and they can only review after reference is file ... and who says that reference cannot be ammended ... these references are on order of SC and if references file are not upto their satisfaction they can always order to make amendments ..

this is not the case here ... these references are as per specific instructions of supreme court and have to be as per SC satisfaction ...

Like I said SC cannot take head on with everyone ,,, you have to ignore alot of things ... In game of chess you have to let it go as most of the time when apparently you are in position to destory your opponent actually you are moving into a trap

Why not ? judges ny kya pehly FIR per instructions nahi di ki in FIRs mn yeh yeh dafat hsamil nahi in mn yeh yeh dafaat shamil ker k layn ,,, and that was done by lower courts ... similarly monitoring judge can order k reference mn yeh yeh points missing hain ...
