SC doesnt seem interested in this case, and NAB references anymore.. They are letting NAB do whatever it wants.. We all know, tht NAB will use every trick to save sharifs...SC knows it too..exactly the reason, why monitoring judge was appointed.. But SC has lost interest..... Weak references and acquittal for sharifs, will be the only result now... SC is least bothered now...

One bureaucrat is openly doing what he wants to do, and no one, not even Supreme Court is taking any action against him? He is now being allowed to review the references, select the officers to file them and then investigate under his own supervision, despite earlier plans of selecting honest officers (including Irfan Mangi). Is it being done to help them runaway? Everyone is silent as if the looted money doesn't matter anymore to us..

Don't know what's going on. If culprits are in fighting mode, then shoot them I say, instead of letting them get asylum on political grounds. We know the countries who always give easy access to such looters because they don't want the foreign exchange to leave their country. These countries also don't want to see Pakistan getting out of the clutches of IMF and World bank..

So we only focus on fortifying the borders and let the pigs roam around inside Pakistan? Wahh..

Some people think that culprits will die their natural political death. Musharraf also thought the same, and in less then 10 years, Afreet came back to Pakistan. Looks like we don't learn any lesson. Some people thing that the culprit party will break.. yes it will break, no doubt about it.. but are we satisfied only on the breakup of the party? What about the money they have looted? Bas ek cheez samajh nahi aarahi.. Where is SC? Kia SC..is plan ka hissa banay gi? IF theres any NRO.. SC cant afford .....If Nawaz Sharif is allowed to go abraod...SC ki credibility zero hojayegi.. Sab yehi poochein ge ke monitoring judge kahan gaye? Mujhe sirf ek cheez samajh nahi aarahi ke monitoring judge kahan hain? Waisy tu Dr dhabardoos par ziada bharosa nahi kia jaa sakta... But he mentioned in a talk show on channel 24 today...something like,...judge sb 20th ko aajayein ge wapis.. Does it mean..tht Justice Ijazul Ahsan is still not back in Pakistan? Hence no hearing? But why was Justice Ejaz Afzal appointed then? There can be one theory..tht J Ejaz Afzal thought..tht since Ijazul Ahsan is the actual monitoring judge..so what can he do? Ejaz Afzal might have thought tht let Ijazul Ahsan himself decide ..what mechanism he wants to devise...for monitoring this process? But in this...things are getting delayed..and NAB and sharif family are allowed free pass...to do whatever they want..

Regarding Chairman NAB.... I couldnt understand one thing at all.. Why didnt SC take away all powers from Chairman NAB in this case, like Justice Khosa did, in his initial verdict? Justice Khosa took all powers from chairman NAB tht he wiuldnt be able to perform any function as Chairman NAB in this case, and a monitoring bench will supervise whole investigation process.. This was ordered by Justice Khosa in his initial verdict.. Why wasnt this ordered in final verdict? One reason..th i could think of..is maybe majority judges thought ke jaisy JIT se bhi unhon ne kaam le liya tha...Zafar Hijazi aur Chairman NAB jaisy logon ke hotay huay bhi..ab bhi aisa kar lein ge... Kisi ko hataanay ki zuroorat nahi.. Jisy JIT se in sab ke hotay huay kaam liya tha.. Abbhi kar lein ge

But one major difference was...tht...JIT members were selected by SC itself.. Aur har 2 weeks baad report deni thee.. Yahan tu more than 3 weeks jave passed...out of 6 weeks of filing referrences...aur judge sb ka kuch pata hi nahi? NAB aur sharif family jo chah rahi hai, karrahi hai.. If they expected NAB refernces to be filed..just like JIT did its work..tu inhein JIT ki taraf NAB officers bhi select karnay chahye thay.. Rahi baat vacations ki... Mera khyal hai ke school kids bhi itna chuttiyon ka intezar nahi kartay...jaisy humaray SC ke judges... JIT ki tu inhon ne zindagi mushkil ki hui thee ke ek din ziada nahi dein ge.. JIT members becharay..apni sab chuttiyan, kharab kar ke.Weekends kharaab kar ke, din raat kaam kar ke 2 months main kaam complete kar hi liya...Lekin ye SC ke judges ko apni chuttiyan bhtt aziz hain.. Mera khyal hei ke J Ijazul Ahsan ki chuttiyan pehle se planned theen...tab hi jaldi jaldi verdict announce bhi kiya.. Lekin phir inki jagah kisi aur ko appoint kar dete.. J Ejaz Afzal ko appoint unki jagah kiya bhi...tab bhi koi faida nahi hua.. Woh bhi hearing nahi karrahy.. Pata nahi kiun?

I hope ke atleast monitoring ka proces..review ki hearing se pehle shuru hojaye.. Plzz atleast ek hearing ho chuki ho, monitoring ki..review petition ki hearing se pehle.. Agar woh process ek dafa shuru hogaya tu chance hoga ke SC ..verdict /NAB references ko stay na karay.. Agar woh process shuru na hua, tu stay honay ke ziada chances honge
