Panama Case - Post Verdict Discussion and Updates

Let's see how this Panama verdict affect the next elections, if and when they are allowed to be held next. The outcome will be interesting, to say the least.

Its highly undemocratic of you to politicize a simple judicial process?

Kahaani btane walay bach jatay hain. Kahani ke kirdaar khatam hojaten hain.

This thread is a sticky on the Panama case post verdict discussion, isn't it? This judicial process will have a direct bearing on what the outcome of the next elections is going to be, which is of great importance to the future of the country. The kahanaani and the kirdaars in it are are the result of the same author. No change.

That depends if the Pakistan Muslim league N group doesn't make it an issue.

For PTI it will be a suicidal move to make state institutions part of the political Circus.

So I really don't think Panama case has anything to do with the election process.

I am not in favour of elections of any kind till electoral reforms are not heeded along with massive issue of undocumented aliens in the country.

Of course this verdict has a direct bearing as it affects the leadership of the largest political party in Pakistan currently in power. As a result, people are already talking about a new clean slate drawn by the same artists:

Well with a 33 percent turnout in the General elections.

This is largely an academical debate how much this will influence the politics of the country.

Low turnout or high, elections are the due process by which an orderly transition of power occurs in civilized countries. Hardly an academic point, is it? Of course what parties participate and how they are able to do so has great influence on the politics of the country.

Its an academic debate when people traditionally vote for people not policies.

You have an example of PMLN who can simply elect a new party head and continue. So we should really be asking PMLN on its orderly fashion of transition of power.

This is a narrative problem for people simply addicted to power politics and not politics as in the science of it.

May be the Panama verdict will change the people's minds and they will vote for PTI?

But you said Nawaz and PMLN, Zardari 's PPP and Of course PTI were/ are Army stooges... What kinda clean slate is that? What to say about an argument inherently self contradictory to malign Army along with SCP in any case, no matter what happens in GE or its outcome.

You should have a detailed discussion and even some heart to heart with another guy who started off with the same rhetoric some years ago...what's his name ...Tariq Something... Very popular guy...millions of people love his similar style of musings about Pakistani politics. His name will come to me in a while, in sha Allah.

Let me drop a life line to your argument...all be it a fake one, lol.
The artist you refer to has been keeping himself preoccupied with PSP and MQM for a while now because he is DG there. That's his area of expertise defined and limited by his institution to keep Altaf and his terrorists at bay until not completely annihilated. Terrorists and not politicians. I am from Karachi so keep that in mind while replying. Oh yeah, RAW and India always brings out the extremely and unequivocally loyal to everything Pakistan in me...be it its politicians or its military...it brings back the guys name I mentioned about earlier...Tariq Fateh!...millions of Indians love him for a reason, don't you think your arguments are in danger of the same love and admiration!!!

what ???? :o:

I don’t like this news. I truly wanted him to be the part of the bench.

But maybe that’s their planning. I’m confused.

No, he already gave some remarks in favor of opening of Hudaibiya during Panama hearing.. So it was better for him to excuse..
