True, but a "drycleaned MQM" is in the making. It depends what is going on behind the scenes on this issue and when it comes out of the incubator.

A clean chit on the basis:
1). not to be involved in any anti-state and criminal activites in future
2). Minus Altaf & Co.
3). and support for PTI to get the opposition leader

is a possible outcome, with resultant induction of Karachi people in the national mainstream.

U mean to say..tht Dar can become waada maaf gawah in these cases again..esp hudaibya case?

Even if..Dar becomes waada maaf gawah..in cases against sharif family..he still has tht assets beyond means reference against him.... Woh case tu purely uske apnay against hai.. Woh tu usay face karna hi hoga...if he comes back..... How will he claim immunity from prosecution in tht case? Tu waada maaf gawah bannay ka koi faida nahi hoga..usay.. So i doubt he will again become waada maaf gawah
