I think IK and SR must fight it on the political front because unfortunately, MNS still has a very big votebank.. they have done their job of bringing the culprits to the court.. the ball now lies in SCs court . Lets see how the judiciary, which has a very tainted history i am afraid, deals with the matter.. And if judiciary fails and we loose it on the political front too ,then common people like ourselves will have to stop this hypocrisy of commenting on forums and actually come out on roads; but are we prepared as a nation?

شیخ رشید نااہلی کیس میں



سپریم کورٹ میں شیخ رشید کی نا اہلی کے لیے دائر درخواست کی سماعت ان کے وکیل کی عدم دستیابی کے باعث ملتوی کر دی گئی، شیخ رشید احمد جنہوں نے پانامہ کیس بطور درخواست گزار خود دلائل دیے، ججوں نے بھی شیخ رشید کے دلائل کی تعریف کی تھی، جسٹس آصف سعید کھوسہ نے پانامہ کیس میں ریمارکس میں کہا تھا ججز شیخ رشید کی وکالت کی صلاحیت کے معترف ہوئے ہیں، آج بروز جمعرات جب شیخ رشید کی نا اہلی کی درخواست پر سماعت تھی تو عدالت کو یہ سماعت ان کے وکیل کی عدم دستیابی کے باعث ملتوی کرنا پڑی،درخواست گزار شکیل اعوان نے کہا شیخ رشید پانامہ کیس لڑ سکتے تھے تو آج اپنی نااہلی کے مقدمے میں دلائل کیوں نہ دے سکے۔

Iss se pehlay DG NAB RWL ke liey Irfan Mangi ka naam push kia gaya tha... establishment ki taraf se.. sab kuchh final honay ke baad Chairman NAB ne establishment ko middle finger dikha di.. aur establishment bhi achay bachon ki tarah betha gaee..

Abhi bhi agar push kia jaey ga tou parliament mustarid kardegi.. aur phir earth ke wire laga kar ghoomnay walay iss ko achay bachon ki tarah qabool karlaingay..

Why is NAB ,or for that matter the accountability courts, not doing anything against the sharifs ? Why all the warrants against dar who hasnt looted even a fraction of money as compared to those two ********.... koi letter likho ya pdf ka aik delegation banao jo ja kai inlogon ki minat samajit karai kai aur paon pakre insaf kai liye... and include justice ijaz ehsan in that as well...
