What did I say yesterday?

Actually we were discussing whether SC will take any pressure. Here the case is entirely different. Faisal Mir didn't present any evidences in support of his application. Now what should we expect from SC? I would have done the same to be honest.

Waisy Justice Gulzar ke remarks se lagta hai ke shayad ..waqayi koi technical difference ho yahan par...panama case se.. NS ki salary ka masla tha..as marketing manager...tht it was his asset.. Maybe KN is not entitled to any salary in tht company..? Maybe Kulsoom Nawaz ki aisi koi position na ho..like marketing manager in FZE? Jis se salary milti...? Aur jab doosre assets ka poocha tu lawyer should have been prepared to name hidden assets..but he didnt. Main Justice Gulzar ki neeyat par shak nahi karrahi..

Issue is that they haven't provided any evidence in support of their appeal.

Lekin sab se ziada ghussa mujhe Qazi faez Isa ke reamrks par aaraha hai..the way he asked Faisal Mir's lawyer ke kitnay vote milay? Awaam ke mandate ka ehtaraam karein.... Awaam ka faisla aagaya ..kisi ko acha lagay ya bura.. Ye judge remarks hain ya PML N ke kisi leader ke remarks hain? Qazi Faez Isa ..kehna chah rahay thay ke awamnka faisla aagay..ab adaalat kuch nahi karsakti..awaami mandate ke aagay?

Kisi ka kuch pata nahi chalta.. Waqayi..kuch arse pehle tak main Qazi Faez Isa ko hum sab acha samajhtay thay.. Ab jab se Dr Asim wala case..aur Irfan Mangi wala case..ab yeh... Ag in ka bhi pata chal gaya

Yes, Qazi Faiz Esa seems to be a pro PMLN judge. He is even worst than Justice Ejaz Afzal. Actually, Justice Ejaz used to raise valid legal concerns. Qazi Faiz Esa is giving irrelevant remarks.

Yes.. Lack of evidence was the issue...atleast as far as Justce Gulzar was concerned.. Because he did ask...ke aap assets ka keh rahay hian lekin jab hum pooch rahay hain..tu aap koi evidence nahi de rahay? He did talk abt panama case too tht salary was the issue.. Aap yahan salary sabit karein? He couldnt. Jaisy main ne kaha..tht maybe KN doesnt hv any post like tht of Marketing manager in tht company..jis se slaary milti? NS ko marketing manager ki salary ki wajah se DQ kia..

But Qazi Faz Isa... Dnt know what t say abt him? Actually Qazo faez Isa seems to be pro..every influental person.. Like he removed Dr Asim from ECL after just one hearing.. Jab ke bench headed by Ejaz Afzal proposed constituition of independent medical board..,.

I dont know.. Justice Ejaz Afzal also used to be extremely pro NS... I still maintain tht opinion...
He didnt use to bring valid legal points...infact jab ke doosray judges sharf family ke lawyers ko grill kartay thay,l,woh ek dum se side le liya kartay thay..kisi bhi illogical baat se.l i stll think he had a huge huge spft corner for sharif family.. Inthink he changed after threats from Nihal hashmi and other PML N leaders..during JIT's proceedings.. He had a change of heart then.. But b4 tht..he used to bring anything..jo matter how illogical..in favor of sharf family.. Never once gave remark against sharfs..

But Qazi Faiz Isa...remarks aisy detay hain..jaisy corruption ke bhtt ziada against hon..lekin verdict kabhi nahi detay.. Chairman NAB ko kuch nahibkartay lekin Irfan Mangi ko mulzim banaana chahtay hain..aur uss case main..jis main Irfan Manginko mukzim banaana chahtay hian..main accused ko...bail de detay hain.l. Dr asim ko ECL se hataa detay hain..

I think ..if i have to compare Qazi faez Isa with someone.. I would compare him with Sheikh Azmat Saeed..woh bhi baatein bari bari kartay hain lekin verdict...remarks se match nahi karta .. J sheikh Azmat Saeed pehle wali hearing main Justice Khosa se bhi ziada strict remarks detay thay......Qazi Faez Isa bhi baatein bari bari kartay hain lekin verdict us se match nahin karta..

Atleast Ejaz Afzal is better in one sense..ke if he is sympathetic towards someone..it clearly shows in his remarks too.. Woh tab baatein bari bari nahi kartay.. We can judge his verdict form his remarks..ke woh kia soch rahay hain? Jab ke Qazi Faez Isa especially aur Sheikh Azmat Saeed baatein bari bari kar ke popular hona chahtay hain lekin verdict ...match nahi karta..

So they set the bar required for DQ. Raise all hell for a year or so on streets, hope that ICIJ discloses the scandal and culprits give contradictory statements to make it a matter of 184/3 and then SCP shall form a JIT to get proof and then SCP shall decide if the nomination papers were correct or not.

Otherwise the petitioner has to provide proof that state institutions are not interested in acquiring or disclosing.

Unfortunately, our people don't have basic education and they don't know what's good for them.

NA120 cant be labled as lacking in basic education. It is more likely a force of habit and egoistic affiliation with Sher.

Yes..i think case against Sheikh Rashid will be dismissed.. I hope it doesnt linger on..like IK'case rather it should br dismissed in a single hearing like tht of Kuksoom Nawaz...

Regd someone in Pindi..calling Shahbaz to congratulate..i think that "someone" should become publicity manager....of sharifs.. I think that post suits him better...

On the other hand.. Baji maryam also left for london..most likely with the ashirwaad of tht "someone"

How can maryam be allowed to leave..when she is summoned by accountability court? Nawaz sharif tu summon milnay se pehlay hi chala gaya tha.. But maryam just a day before court was allowed to leave

Hosakta hai ke accountability coirt bhi iss par razi hojaye ke..sharifs nahi appear hotay ..tu na hon..unke lawyer hi appear hojayein ..unki jagah.. Although this isnt allowed for other ppl...after 2 summons.....red warrant are issued...by accountability court.......but law doesnt apply to sharifs in Pakistan...

Will this wake up..J Ijaz ul Ahsan? Will J Ijaz ul ahsan question NAB...how did NAB allow Maryam to leave? Why didnt NAB put her on ECL? Unfortunately...i think...This wont be the case.. And NAB wont be questioned by monitoring judge......Sharif family par haath daaltay huay sab dartay hain..

They have invested in bureaucracy - all stakeholders have been unfair to Pakistan but best actor is bureacracy - it controls power, doesn't come in front, makes trillions and yet not even an AC or ASP etc., ever been caught nor reprimanded except when there's a clash between two groups of Civil Services.

What abt role of judiciary /SC in all this? I am still not sure.. Is J Ijaz ul Ahsan deliberately letting all this happen..and not questioning NAB on its role? As monitoring judge,,its his duty now..to question NAB...why didnt NAB put Maryam on ECL? But he seems indifferent too.. When will tht time come..to do the "right" thing..by monitoring judge.....if not now?

I hate tht "someone" as much as I hate sharif family.. He is the worst thing to have happened to Pakistan in recent times.. Agar inhein sharif famiky se itni hi ziada mohabbat hai..tu unki jagah ye khud jail chalay jayein..ke humeini kuch tu tasalli ho...ke inn crimes par koi tu jail gaya.. 29th Nov 2016 was the blackest day of Pakistan's history in recent times..
