Yup, that is what i was saying
Logically, the case was being heared by 5 judges.
2 of them have made up there minds
3 asked for further investigations and some important points were mentioned that need further probe. Once JIT completes that investigtion, the 3 judges must then analyze the information and decide what they think. Even if one of them thinks NS is not eligible for the post, the decision will then be 3-2 AGAINST NS if the all think he is innocent, well, then it is 3-2 in his favor. THIS IS HOW IT SHOULD BE DONE. There might be a different bench of SC that monitor the JIT working but at the end of the day, the 3 judges who asked for these investigations because they thought the material at hand was not enough to declare NS guilty should be presented with the results so they can decide and announce a verdict. REMEMBER THAT TWO VOTES ARE ALREADY CAST AND BOTH ARE AGAINST NS.

Waisy.. I am really excited abt the time..when Justice Khosa becomes the chief Justice.. Want to see,,,how he conducts himself then..and how does he try to improve judiciary.?. Waisy tu woh aksar apni speeches main kehtay hain ke cases ko jaldi jaldi decide karna chahye...judges should try to ensure speedy justice...even talked abt it in his book.... So want to know ..how will he improve judiciary..and what steps he will take?

However... theres one bad news.. I read he will be chief justice for only a year..from Jan 2019 - Dec 2019... Thts a very short time..to be able to bring some change in judiciary

Advocate ki retirement aajayegi shayad.. Lekin pakora aur Ijazul Ahsan zuroor honge, i think atleast... Warna agar advocate ki retirement main thora time hua...tu poora ye bench bhi hosakta hai .. Kiun ke baad main tu bas ek aadh hearing main hi khatam hojana hoga case..

Theres one problem though.. Advocate is retiring in 1 or 2 months... And JIT will complete its work in 60 days...tu shayad retirement beech main aajayegi....

Tu shayad new bench hi banay ga.. However even if theres a new bench..i think....pakora judge and Justice Ijazul Ahsan will still be there

So now..if IK highlights dissenting verdicts and ask for resignation..will it be contempt of court..in eyes of our dear CJ???
Also.. I will again repeat.. I have no problem with what he said regd tht IK should try to create environment tht ppl have faith in judiciary..tht is totally fine.. But the fact ..tht he doesnt want dissenting judgments..to be highlighted is beyond me...

Any pro IK stance or in other words any such thing that makes sense but is not coming via right channel will be used by NS and Co. to cry a river about SC being biased. Remember how Imran stupidly said that SC have used all his mentioned points and asked JIT to work on those? SC denied any such thing quickly saying that they didnt got it from IK but they themselves decided thise points. NS and his gions will even use these statements by PTI to claim that SC was baised against them. So Imran should just continue pushing for this resignation. Again, it is of absolutely no practical value but it will get the right message across the masses and people will understand what SC have said there. PMLN are trying to misguide the nation, YET AGAIN. A push for resignation will bring out the truth.

SC can not and should not align themselves with any one side.

There are some clarification required:

1 - What if the JIT is not able to complete its work? Wasn't it the responsibility of defendants to satisfy the court? I mean if Panama says that the country has strict confidentiality laws and can't disclose anything, what will happen then?

2 - Transactions are related to Abba ji.. Woh tou iss duniya main nahi rahay... Jis Qatari ke saath woh karobaar kartay thay, woh bhi nahi hain.. Kia JIT jhak maarnay ke liey banai hai? Seedhi seedhi declaration darkaar thi aik adad 62/ 63 ke tehet..

Justice Khosa ko Chief Justice bannay ke liey zaroori hai ke Baja aur Baji main se koi bhi Pakistan main na ho.. Baqi aik saal bhi kafi hai..

Agar hongay tou shayad sab hongay bench main, siwaey dharti ke bojh ke..

Imagine orange line train ka kia faisla aayega? Jis main advocate bench ka head hai,,aur pakora judge bhi uss bench main hai :lol::lol::lol:

Waqayi pakora judge ne legal aur moral honesty ka keh kar sab se bara mazaq kiya hai.. Pata nahi..unhein andaza bhi hai ke kia likha diya hai?? Ke morally dishonest hona..is Ok for a OM. And it has legal cover....

Mujhe lagta hai ke agar tu advocate ki wajah se ye bench tootta hai,,aur new bench banta hai..i am almost sure phir Justice Khosa aur Gulzar shayad nahi honge.. Ye dono khud hi hatt jayein ge.. Main ne parha hai...ke in NRO implementation case...uss waqt ke attorney general Irfan Qadir ne kaha gha..ke we dont want Justice khosa in the bench... As he is biased against us.. Tu phir woh khud uss bench se hatt gaye thay.. I am not sure abt it...but parha tha.. Lekin phir woh yusif Raza Gilani wala case kon sa tha..jis main unhon ne poem likhi thee? Wh NRO wala case tha..ya contempt of court case tha?

If this is true...Imagine ab PML N unke baaray mian kiya kya kahay gi? He will be there only, if all 5 judges are there..and its exactly the same bench.. Warna agar advocate ki wajah se..ek bhi new judge add hua..tu shayad phir ye Justice Khosa aur Gulzar khud hi hatt jayein ge case se...

Most of the people that will be part of JIT will be the same kind janab, good honest people. :) You have mentioned about people two institutions already? Or is it two people from same institution? But both are good! It will be same case for almost all other selected team members. InshAllah!!

Two from one institution, both are men with integrity.. third one... I don't know about him..
One from the second institution is a chela of Baja, and he will probably be selected because of his qualifications (his degree in law, and vast experience)

Yup, may be he wil be given some extension so this case can be closed or may be some other judge will replace him. The two judges who have already declared NS fishonest have sort of given there verdict already. It is the three judges that need JIT to work and uncover some more facts for them.

SC danda dy ka krwai ge kaam warna IK tu ha he phir. They will work it all out for sure and give details to SC. one more thing i am sort of sure about, JIT at worst may give (some members) an ambigious account of what they find. No one there is likely to claim NS is innocent. We all know the truth here, it is just about making sure it is used in the right and legal way.

JIT will work up points that are supposed to help JIT to decide if disqualification is justified. Again, 2 votes are already there for it.
