It should also be Acknowledge here that they are better Educated then Sunnis in most cases and are more Urbanized people so its Natural to have Over representative at State and even at economic level.
Sipah-e-Muhammad is just a small scale reactionary Group with very little or no Threat to anyone in Pakistan. Another thing is that they doesnt Target Average Sunni instead they mostly Target Sectarian Outfits while those of SSP types target average Shia as well.

That is the main Problem here which needs to be Addressed before coming up with any decision. Pakistan cant Afford any Sectarian Conflict right now because we are trying to clear that mess already so it would be a disaster in all efforts that has been put to get rid of Terrorism.

If you study the Map you would find the Location of Yemen is right at the beginning of Black Sea which is connected to Mediterranean Sea via Swiss Canal. almost All the Sea Transit from Europe and Asia Passes through that point so keeping it safe becomes the foremost Priority of Saudis and Egyptians from any kind of Rebellion Threats Sunni or Shia. That is what is actually Happening in Yemen.

I too got many Friends living in most Aggressively Shia Localities of Karachi like Abbas Town and Ancholi. They are cool people and doesnt get to attach with Beliefs rather respect mine and I do the same.
