Pakistan's Real Problem [A Must Read]

Pakistan as a state was made with great zeal and there were great hopes at the time.

Pakistan replaced Egypt as the most powerful muslim nation. But then the country was handed over to civil military bureaucrats who ruined it.

The separation of east pakistan effectively made the idea of Pakistan obsolete, since the larger part of Pakistan broke off.

The fundamental problem of Pakistan is its mismanagement at the hands of its civil -military bureaucrats.

They had no idea how to lead the country and lead the country like a city state by making one faction fight another.

Pakistan today is in deep trouble, it has not spent on its infra structure and people and got in bed with imperialists; hence lags seriously behind.

I wouldn't agree on the "without any hostilities" part, from what I have heard/read.

Even if they are living peacefully every since, if I highly doubt, Hinduism have greater power over them, especially considering the more powerful men. There is always a chance that a spark can raise a awfully big fire, and history has shown it many times. Bombay bombing being an example.

You are absolutely wrong my friend. India is the perfect example of how multiple religions can peacefully co exist and prosper. There is no such thing as a religion doing something on another religion, its just the people.

Thats an interesting remark.

Wonder how many of your countrymen agree on this.

I have not taken any vow of patriotism. I state the facts like I do in many kashmir threads against what I see as India's undemocratic and uncivilized ways.

as long as Pakistan is independent one could cares less, lets be honest here its the partition or division of India which is the pinching point here, so from that point of view 1971 didn't undo the partition it just changed the names of the areas which separated from India from east & west Pakistan to independent Pakistan & independent Bangladesh ( as it was suppose to be from the beginning according to the lahore declarations) & neither of which united back with India

I believe your source would be.....? How do you claim to know something that happened before you were even born?

Tarek Fatah interview and his upcoming book " Orphans fo Jinha" and one more. I forget the name.

I know many things happened before I born.

Would you agree that Netaji did more than anybody else for our independence?

Gandhi played a more uniting role for Indians.

The real freedom fighters were Bose and Bhagat Singh violently, and Sardar Patel (from behind the scenes, politically).

With utmost respect to Mr.Bose and his unforgettable contribution in Indian history,Independence was just a matter of time when the Japanese started progressing towards west.

This is where I stopped reading.

A ' Must read ' became a Must not read.

Ahhhh you didn't find any Pakistan bashing material. So cute.

On Topic: Bro you are totally wrong. Pakistan is fighting against the Terrorists although it was not our war but our genius guys sitting in Parliament made it ours So now we are paying a heavy price and will keep paying if we will not remove ourself from this mess. So due to this Investments are not coming and due to lack of investments there are not much jobs so youth will get angry and Terrorists feed upon this anger and recruit these guys.

And this cycle continues
