If that's the case Pakistani establishment must take out the leadership of LeT, JeM and other similar terror organizations out. Although this is a welcome step but Pakistan needs to take much harder steps within it's own territory to make sure peace process doesn't get affected by such "non state" actors.

Dont jump to indian egoistic conclusions, the main hurdle between peace is indian occupation of kashmir while the rest of cocerns are just side effects which can be handled quite easily.
Dont put the blame on Pakistan for this mess, its indian ego which is hurdle for the peace process.

if this is input is accurate and Indian agencies could take care of these morons, then there will be a backlash on Pakistan, and If pakistan is sincere in this effort, India should stand with Pakistan to overcome this backlash, and there will be efforts by the so called "non state actors" to jeopardize the trust gained with this........
