Even if India will try to halt the water flow to Pakistan gradually and beyond certain limits there will be consequences and that we have yet to see. Irrespective, of what the future holds. Nuclear war would be catastrophic for both parties and that is why i asked......Is India willing to put up with unacceptable damages on itself? We need resource to sustain our population, exploiting the resources of Kashmir is imperative.

Target you are aquiring is flying at mac 20... most likely manouverable.. its 4 5 times faster than a bullet fired from a gun ... your interceptor at mac 3 -5 can only meet it head on ...do the maths your self...
