Seems like Pakistan US relationship is back on rails. Biden is an old cold war warhorse. I'm sure he values a good relationship with Pakistan because of the history that he is intimately familiar with. 
PS: Bilawal can lose a few pounds. Hard to believe that a well educated and thoroughbred person like him does not value fitness.
