This depends on where the S-400 system is situated. If it is nearer to the border, then a saturation attack with cruise missiles will do the job. If we can reduce the cost of conventionally loaded cruise missiles, there would be a huge asymmetry. Not just in the cost, but also in reload times. A S-400 battery once expended is very hard to replace. Not so with cruise missiles that can even be fired from air.

If the S-400 is defending some site deep within India, that is where the Ababeel decoys would come into play. But my gut feeling says that if it comes to missiles flying, then nuclear war would have already started. No one is going to wait to find out if an incoming missile is potentially nuclear.

If S-400 is unable to identify if the incoming missile is a MIRV or not, it is definitely not able to identify if it's a cheap empty missile with only fuel in it..

Pakistan should develop 100,000 dollar worth of fake missiles in large quantity. If the war starts, Pakistan should first send these cheap fake missiles (10s of them even 100s of them if possible) in the territories where Indian S-400 systems are placed.. in a couple of days or three days, this tactic will exhaust all the S-400 ABMs in Indian inventory... once it is ensured, Pakistan should start using the real ones.. on air bases, army headquarters, airports, major banking headquarters, industries, power plants, etc etc etc..

Whatever, we can make fake cheap copies of missiles (SRBMs or anyother type) that can be detected by S-400.. No need to aim.. just throw them towards the enemy territory.. and look for the results..

Either they will turn the system off once they find out.. or they will be exhausted with the incoming barrage of fakers..

In any case, we will know that there is no defense.. and then we can send a couple to force them to restart the system.. or run to Russia to buy more before it is too late..

Not all MLRS are situated in a front of S-400 is place where it place, in war they are in saturated place, we are think other options to consider as well like KAMAKAZE drone, CM, Jamming @Fawadqasim1
