The other guy insisted on some Palestinian 'regime'. The only such thing I could think of was Hamas, as the Palestinians have no other form of government or military, Hamas is the closest to a regime they've got. It is relevant since the debate is about why Pakistanis hate Israel. 'Pan-Islamism' is a big problem, I agree with you on that but it's not exactly relevant as it's not about Islam but about Pakistanis rejecting Israel.
