UN peace keeping missions are nothing but an eye wash. UN itself is a fraud. they operate in the countries which are either resources rich, anti US or simply muslim countries. in recent times UN intervention has succesfully divided two muslim countries i.e sudan and indonesia. the big powers secretly fund and armed the local militias in the resources rich countries like the congo, sudan , liberia etc. these militias smuggle the resources to the big powers in return. these countries remain politically instable. now to keep the mouths of the rest of the world shut UN gives bone to all third class countries like india, bangladeh and pakistan etc which get dollars in return of their services. no one is really interested in the development of congo, liberia etc . they are only interested in their resources. UN was itself involved in trafficking women from bosnia at a very large scale. the role of UN in rawanda is notorious.
