30 is retirement time for models, or years where you can leverage all the business aquaintances you've gathered through the years of being pretty, but doing nothing in general and transform them into a marriage that will provide you for life.

i saw his first speech on vcd maybe in 2008... the moment i saw his sly smile, his rapid talk, his "professional" dressing, his bullying manner, i knew the fellow to be a fraud.

Actually many top models in Pakistan are above 30 i dont think there is a hard and fast rule, the average retirement age here is round about 36-37

But models that cant make it big in youth years tend to retire earlier
