it's her expressions... they have no warmth... she seems to take her "simple beauty" tag too seriously and perhaps pretend to be superior to others.

compare her to mahira khan who has humility or the vastly more beautiful aishwarya rai whose sense of humor and naturalness one could see in her appearance on "comedy nights with kapil".
