The Pakistani media responds (or would respond) regardless of the election outcome because Modi and his minions dragged Pakistan through the mud every chance they got during the election campaign.

Actually, if he did nothing then that would mean Modi, his minions and the Indian media would stop their incessant Pakistan-bashing, which in turn would mean that Pakistan wouldn't really care if Modi and Laloo decided to have a naked mud-wrestling match with Bihar as the prize.
