Have you learnt from your mistake?

I visited my University a while ago in Germany. 2 of the 6 researchers in Robotics were of Pakistani origin, 4 of 9 in Computer Science department. 2 in Mechanical Engineering...and so on.
I mean just how much Pakistan can achieve if only someone on top is serious.
Back in 2004, I was among the 1st group in University which started research on Carbon fiber composites and that from weaving up to parts production. At that time we didn't have weaving machines for carbon fibers and had to transform the normal ones.
Back there in mother land,I heard from officials in kamra, "It's too difficult we don't have tech for it."
