Pakistani/Indian stinging hornet! Wildlife experts please help.

Guys, I've been trying to find out the name for the common hornet found in Pakistan and parts of North India.
-It's completley red.
-When it flies its legs dangle beneath it.
-It's got a horrible sting, similar to a hot needle being driven in. The area where it strings swells.
-It is aggressive.


Now it's not one of these two species.

By the way, anyone been stung by hornets in Pakistan and India?

I know that species. The one I'm talking about is deep red and has a hornet face.

Find them all over AJK and the rest of Pakistan. They have terrorised me when I was young and I have been stung plenty of times. For quite a while I've been trying to find out its name, but with no luck.
