Pakistani FM Hina Rabbani avoids Bangladeshi FM Momen’s call to seek apology for 1971 genocide at Colombo

Pakistan is that loud mouth kid with no substance, that guy in high school showing off his pecs thiking hes all that. After high school ends that same dudes working menial jobs. Bengalis are doing well and we should applaud them for it. Quiet, working, sticking to the grind stone, not getting involved in wars of the Saudi's and superpowers, thats the way it should be done.
Our leaders are more focused on the outside world, shameless, nothing to even offer other nations. How much does the BD prez travel to other nations? or FM?

Personally, I think any empire of the past far eclipses anything on the subcontinent today.

Bangladesh is not sitting in a strategic position, a location that anyone with global ambitions would want to control, or at least manipulate.

Two long wars were thrust upon Pakistan just because of its location. The USSR should have just stayed out and not try to prop up a hated puppet regime in Afghanistan. The USA should have kept the ideological zionists away from the helm and not planned to build a base right next to China's border. A base in Qatar is enough to keep an eye on China and the rest of the region. But imperialist powers do what they do. Pakistan tried to make the best of the situation given a deeply corrupt society full of evil.

Bangladesh is not Pakistan and Pakistan is not Bangladesh. Pakistan can entirely annihilate India and reduce the population of this planet by a whole 1.5 Billion give or take a few. Bangladesh cannot. The two have different destinies.

Lol. Looks like Pakistan wants to compete with North Korea. Nuclear weapons are mostly useless. The Soviet Union had the world's largest arsenal, yet it disappeared from the face of the earth. France and the UK lost their empires despite having nukes and even the US had to face humiliation from ragtag militias in Vietnam and Afghanistan. Bangladesh does not face any nuclear threat to its security. Why should it abandoan the welfare of its people and waste money to become another militarist state like North Korea and Pakistan.

Lol an expected response.

The fact that it did not register in your brain that Pakistan effectively fought two long wars, came out almost unscatched, was able to handle clueless rampaging of two superpowers, and did not succumb to the unbearable pressures, speaks volumes about your mind. The economic losses from these two long conflicts coupled with the rampant corruption has brought Pakistan to today. And despite all this you compare it to Bangladesh's best efforts of multiple decades?

Unlike Bangladesh, Pakistan is a Hard Country, it is an ideological country, and for Pakistan Islam ultimately trumps all. This means being prepared for the eventual armageddon and being a constant source of fear for the idol worshippers. The last thing alone is a great Blessing of the Creator for us. Money comes and goes, and now that the long coflicts are over, Pakistan's economy willl also improve.

An FYI: The current day North Korea was freed by China. The allied forces had almost reached the Chinese border, and seeing that, the Chinese stepped in miltarily and pushed the allied forces all the way to down to the current North-South border. They would have taken Seoul too but both side agreed to a cease fire once the allied forces offered it.

Perhaps in your feeble mind Pakistan "wants to become NK". And perhaps Bangladesh wants to and lives to obey the Brahmins. But Pakistan is not what your Brahmnist mind imagines it to be.

Good idea , why dont you start now ?

Actually the territory of East Pakistan sits in prime real estate. It is a gateway and bridge to one of the most continuously populated region of the world forming a natural trade route.

Not really, Myanmar and Indonesia are much better locations. Bangladesh is way far up on a corner at the mercy of Brahmins.

you are hundred percent correct . bangladeshis are going places , there percapita GDP is better than india and pakistan.

He only obeys the dictates from Langley. Are we all going to pretend things are so simple?

I have been saying for years that Pakistan needs its own version of the Pentagon and the CIA. Both the GHQ and the intelligence institutions are way too weak to be able to run a country like Pakistan. Both the GHQ and the intelligence institutions can be crippled by just one person's whims. Such is not the case in the USA.

The state is more important than one man, be it military or civillian.

Reminds of that genius Epstein who was somehow making and breaking careers.

India is also doing well for such a large and diverse country.

BD and India can lift Nepal, Bhutan and Sri Lanka up with us.

Pakistan needs to decide for itself what it really wants for its people and then work for many decades to achieve that.

Actually, Pakistan lost more than half its population. Have you forgotten Saqoot-e-Dhaka ? Also, Pakistani economy and civil society has been completely obliterated. I would hardly call that coming out unscathed. At the time of independence, West Pakistan was substantially richer than both India and East Pakistan. Now it is much poorer than both. Mr Jinnah's vision for Pakistan was that of Ataturk's Turkey of a secular and prosperous Muslim state . If he were alive today, then the only silver lining he would see would be that at least Bangladesh is progressing towards his vision.

That treason happened in 1971. The treacherous snake head was murdered by his own people (( KGB wink wink )) and his and his family's bodies left to rott!

Yeah so, to repeat again, Pakistan didn't lose. Pakistan was backstabbed by traitors who obeyed the Brahmins by killing their Muslim brethren. Either way it was, and still is, a good thing for Pakistan. The Muslims of Bangladesh are our brothers.

Pakistan has no room for ethnocentrism or its announcers.

The Hadith:
مَنْ حَمَلَ عَلَيْنَا السِّلَاحَ ، فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا ، وَمَنْ غَشَّنَا ، فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا
is our motto which means,
"Whoever takes up arms against us is not of us, and whoever deceives us is not of us."

In your world, a state formed on the basis of religion, ie Islam, was supposed to be a secular state!? Ha! You have lost your mind!

.
Pakistan just needs to apologise for its behaviour in 1971 and then ties can be normalised.

Hasina is not asking for anything unreasonable.

u are in la la la land.,. this army attempted to murder Khan.. a super star prime minister .. good luck on apology front

It seems you don't know the history of the founder of your own country. Mr Jinnah was a secular nationalist in the mould of his mentors Dadabhai Nauroji, a Parsee, and Gopal Krishna Gokhale, a liberal Hindu Brahmin. The main reasons Mr Jinnah left the Congress were because, under Mr Gandhi , the Congress abandoaned its emphasis on constitutional methods and because it started to appeal to religious issues to mobilize the masses. Mr Gandhi was instrumental in Congress taking up the slogan of "Ram Rajya" and supportering the maulanas in the Khilafat movement - a move Mr Jinnah opposed because he correctly anticipated would unleash religious zealotry that could not be controlled and because he wanted to look forward like Ataturk in Turkey and not backwards.

I hope you know most of the ulema in undivided India opposed the creation of Pakistan and labelled Mr Jinnah Kafir e Azam. In Mr Jinnah's vision, Pakistan was created as a homeland for the subcontinent's Muslims because he feared that under a democratic government the Congress would have a permanent majority and the political and economic rights of Muslims would be suppressed. Till the end, he tried to find a compromise which would enshire constitutional guarantees protrctiing political and economic rights for Muslims in an undivided India. However, the Congress leadership, with the exception of Mr Gandhi, and Mr Mountbatten believed giving in to Mr Jinnah's demands would result in a very fragile state and ultimately Mr Jinnah was left with no option but to accept what he himself described as a "moth eaten" Pakistan. Mr Gandhi was bitterly opposed to partition and tried to offer concessions including making Mr Jinnah the Prime Minister of undivided India to avoid takseem e hind , but he was isolated within the Congress. The irony is that while Mr Gandhi and Mr Jinnah are both considered fathers of their nations, neither of the countries they created ended up adopting the visions their fathers had.
Yeah so, to repeat again, Pakistan didn't lose. Pakistan was backstabbed by traitors who obeyed the Brahmins by killing their Muslim brethren.
It was the Pakistani army that committed genocide starting with Operation Searchlight. Are you trying to say Yahya, Tikka Khan and Niazi were operating under the orders of some Brahmins? Mujib had been democratically elected Prime Minister of undivided Pakistan. He had no reason to resort to any violence because he would have become the legitimately elected ruler of undivided Pakistan anyway.
