Pakistani firing kills BSF jawan in J&K ahead of Modi-Sharif meeting in Russia

That is true Sir that i have to expand my area of knowledge, but we all need to do that, don't we. I don't know Sir whether you have read the Hamood ur Rehman Commission report yourself but i've read it and it never mentions that Agartala Conspiracy was a complete hoax.
Can I have the page number please ?
Now with the confessions of the conspirators like the deputy speaker of the Bangladesh parliament, it is clear that India was supporting secessionists of East Pakistan way before Operation Search Light started and India had any influx of refugees from East Pakistan. Just one example. I can give you many.
The refugees and the aggrieved were coming to India since a long time and not all of a sudden in 1971. Why do you think there was a conspiracy in the first place ? Could not have happened without any reason, right ?

Having said that, let me tell you, India, never denied for once that it had led operations inside East Pakistan. After Pakistan's (or shall I say Papa Bhutto's) little excursion on 5 years back, in 1965, it will be foolish for anybody to think that India will not react. It's merely taking a leaf out of adversaries book. Pakistan similarly had many such covert operations going on inside India. The Indian operation just became successful.

As for you feeling bad when you hear chilling stories of atrocities in Baluchistan, there were similar stories spread during the East Pakistan saga and people like you felt bad so they did not tear down their government when it supported oppressed Bengalis, like you are not tearing it down right now. Please come out of this illusion that Indian governments is a saint and can do no wrong. They have done horrible things in the past and they are continuing to do so now.

Read the report my friend, you will know who committed the genocide. Had India not stepped in, many more innocent would have died.

SRINAGAR/UFA (Russia): India sees chance to nail Pakistan over JuD issue

Modi, Sharif to meet on Friday in Russia

Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his Pakistani counterpart Nawaz Sharif will meet in Russia's Ufa on Friday morning on the sidelines of the SCO Summit, an official confirmed on Thursday.

"It is confirmed. PM @narendramodi and PM Nawaz Sharif will have a bilateral meeting in Ufa tomorrow at 9.15 am on sidelines of SCO Summit," external affairs ministry spokesman Vikas Swarup tweeted.

The confirmation came hours after foreign secretary S Jaishankar said that the possibilities are always there that the two leaders could meet.

Modi and Sharif had last met in Kathmandu in November at the SAARC Summit where they did not have a bilateral meeting.

Earlier at the beginning of the holy month of Ramzan, Prime Minister Modi had called Sharif and extended his best wishes while stressing the need for having peaceful and bilateral ties.

During his telephonic conversation, Modi had also conveyed to his Pakistani counterpart India's decision to release detained Pakistani fishermen on the occasion of Ramzan.

The call was seen by many as an attempt to reach out to Pakistan after leaders from both sides exchanged sharp comments after Modi's critical remarks about Pakistan during his Bangladesh visit and in the wake of India's military action in Myanmar.

And that is the point, India has done "covert operations" in the past (supporting secessionists in Bangladesh) and it is doing it right now (supporting secessionists in Baluchistan). You did not tear down the government then and you are not going to do it now. So please stop acting like the beacon of righteousness in this gloomy part of the world.

Toilet news :agree:

Firstly, where is the page number I had asked for ? I hope you meant every word you said.

Secondly, secessionist movement means withdrawal of a minor group from the majority. Perhaps you don't know, but Bengal was the majority, which was being subdued by the Punjabi military and not other way around. So, India was helping the majority of Pakistan. In fact you can see secessionists thoughts within yourself. Similar kind of mentality led to the disintegration of Pakistan.

Thirdly, India was right to provide support because of three main reasons :

1. To protect India's own territorial and social integrity from the influx of refugees.
2. To stop genocide of Bengali civilians by Pakistani army.
3. To give Pakistan a dosage of it's own medicine for what Pakistan tried to do 5 years back, in 1965.

India is indeed the beacon of righteousness in the region. What are you suggesting ? Killing of innocent Bengalis by Tikka Khan's army was the righteous thing to do ? You have a very skewed version of logic if you think so.

.
That's the way Pakistani army calibrates it's civilian governments interactions with the Indian counterpart.
this is exactly what it is, their army will never allow for peace to prevail for fear of loosening their iron grip on the state

sadly, and i'm not sure whether it's for better or for worse, they are also the only functioning cog of their state machinery.. an infallible, incorruptible band of heroes.. that narrative sells

also maybe the only military regime (lets please be honest, that's what Pakistan is, a military run state) in the free world (excluding north korea here) who's people fall so easy for it lol

either you're 100% pro Pak fauj or you're an enemy of the state, TTP, Indian, RAW, mossad, or any other version of gaddar :partay:

in India it's corporate lawyers etc, in Pakistan it's the fauj that lives the 'elite' life.. well, maybe they've earned a bit of it too

but almost 70 years and still no proper democracy in Pak....

. . . . .
Well it seems we invented time travel.......

Sir do you have a comprehension problem, I said
it never mentions that Agartala Conspiracy was a complete hoax.
When it is not mentioned in the report, how on earth can i give you the page number?

Hamood ur Rehman commission was appointed to find the reasons behind the surrender of the eastern command, their mandate was clear. So they have not mentioned Agartala Consipracy but with the confession of Deputy Speaker of Bangladesh Parliament, it has been proven now that India was trying to break up Pakistan, way before the influx of refugees, way before Pakistan army started Operation Search Light and way before those atrocities were committed.

BTW Agartala Consipracy has its roots in 1967, please do tell me how many refugees were in India during that time.

India is indeed the beacon of righteousness in the region.
Yes and I am Gandalf the Grey, come out of your fantasy land.
