It is Karachi that yellow number plate on Honda Citi and dust / soil on the road confirms it, but the tree and children have me confused, there are plant nurseries on the left. Gulisatn e Jauhar is concrete jungle of apartments but this is somewhere on street with bungalows on side. Bahadarubad type area?

Pardon me that i couldn't quote your post or anyone else i don't no why however..... Bahadurabad is totally different or like you said concrete area then this and dust + Jhugi walas mostly represents the Jauhar area which is a wast populated consisting of apartments as well but Nurseries are mostly maintained in Jauhar now a days and to me, most probably looks like close to Kamran Chowrangi in Jauhar area.
