Pakistani Army Soldier Tweeted His Frightening Encounter With the Taliban

This is a fabricated story! There are so many discrepancies in his "made up" story that even a noob can tell he's lying. lol

FC or regular army, they would not dare to leave their officer behind!

Officers usually carry wireless headset, & in this lunatics case, he must've had it in his headgear if he was commanding the said tank.

"Squadron of tanks", really??? you call tank formation a squadron??? i highly doubt he's from infantry or Armour corp lol P.S Army usually keeps 1 tank NOT formation, or as he calls it "squadron", it's a tough terrain there!

can't believe you guys fell for his story.

you are right
its written by an amateur influenced by American slangs
Not even a military personnel
there are so many flaw that it is tiring to list them down

the best possibility is that someone spiced up a relatively minor event of mishap into a hollywoodish story

"Squadron" of Tanks. Never heard of it. He had Radio On. Radio make noise all the time, Apparently Taliban didn't hear that. idk what kinda radio PA use but most modern military radio got small LCD where it tell you which (whose) wireless set is talking (button pressed). Why did he pressed for one hour. Why didn't he just radio his location in and asked for help. Why was he running to save his life, Where were all the troops he suppose to be leading?
