India union didn't was even created when China got the seat in 1945. UNSC is made up of the 5 key allied power of WW2, it has never offered any permanent seat to any country. Indian media fabrication of history is astounding.

IMHO i seriously doubt Pakistan is in in any position to dictate terms to any body on an international stage. They just do not have to political, diplomatic or economic clout to influence any major decision at the UN anymore.

US could have been add as in to UNSC.And China was nowhere at that time.

ROC totally opposite to PRC.PRC officially inducted only in 1971.

You have a mandate copy from Wikipedia.
