My point is for PDF friends that we should not make long wishlists out of Russian weaponry. Armed Forces will never purchase huge number of weapon platforms. I think space for a Russian jet is also very narrow.

good thinking as you awear that India is largest Russian arms market IAF are using Russain SU-30MKI as there main Fighter jet with TOT Because USA will never supply the any fighter jet to India with TOT like Russia. but Indian are purchasing other arms according to their required standered from all over the world as Boforz Sewden & OWACS from Israeal, Teja enigine from USA & others things from France & U.K .because these are better standared than Russia.
Pakistan had bitter experience for US sanctions. According the Russain Deputy FM Pak Russia Talks on delevery of" SU-35". I think its a great news because SU-35 fighter is ready option of 4++ Gen, dual engine , for navel or deep strikes, its can balance the powers between PAF & IAF.
