Range of all these missiles is above 300KM so we simply cant share the technology. Not even Join Venture as far i know.

We are not Russia & we donot signed any treaty which can restrict us .

That's a wrong assessment. Without a Medium altitude, Long Altitude SAM's do not make more sense and With same percpective, Without Low altitude, Medium altitude do not make more sense in 21. century battlefield environment. I mean Those are not the systems working independantly from eachothers. They should be tied like chains with eachoters, Otherwise, They can just be a tincan against multiple threats of enemy forces...


In additions, The only goal of those systems are not to protect the air territory of countries but also protect the other air defence units, establisments, institues, factories, buldings threatened so You can not launch a LR missile against an Armed UAV or anti-radiation missile systems...

I mean every air defence batteries have specific missions differed among eachothers. that's why they have different engagement ranges. While Long range air defence missiles are to protect the long range air layer of your territory against aircrafts, ballistic missiles, Medium ranges are specified to protect Long range batteries with hunting aircrafts, UAV's, air-ground precision guided missiles, cruise missiles and Low altitudes are specified to protect medium altitude one while hunting UAV's, helicopters, other missile systems...etc

Alone the inducting of JF-17, F-16C/D Block52 and FC-20 need big Resources of PAF. In the current Situation with economic Problems Pakistan need to set Priority. I'd rather prefer Air Superiority Fighters over long Range SAM's, because you can use a Fighter Jet for offensive and defensive Operations. SAM's fullfill their Purpose only for defensive Purposes and they can be easyly countered by ECM, anti radiation Drones/Missiles or Decoys.

SPADA-2000 is a good Move by PAF to enhance it's Air Defence Capabillity, but in midterm PAF need too Supplement SPADA-2000 with a another high mobile Truck mounted AD System. The medium Range AD System from Aselsan/Roketsan is the most proper Solution to Supplement SPADA, with it's high mobility it is capable to protect resupply Lines from enemy Air Threats.

The mobile autonom Short Range AD - System, SPAAG and KMS are also important to protect front Line Troops from Air Threats likes CAS Aircrafts or Helicopters. The Towed Short - Range AD System offer PAF and PA the Capabillity to protect important Facillitys against Threat from Cruise Missiles.
