Do some research on what is Build-Operate-Transfer, Pakistan have given Gawadar port to China Overseas Port Holding Company on lease on BOT terms. So, We haven't taken any loan for port.

Bring up comparison with other port leased on BOT basis to prove that 9% of revenue (not profit at least learn the difference between revenue and profit) is not a good deal.
