As I said you don't know the basics and giving verdict over 9% Revenue share deal of PORT when you can't even understand that PORT IS NOT CPEC but a part of CPEC (Economic and Connectivity Project) and 50b$ loans aren't for PORT but for other Projects.

Pakistan have leased the PORT for development on BOT basis - Pakistan will get 9% of REVENUE (NOT PROFIT) of Port operations from first year (While China have to bear loss for 9 Years). In simplest possible words, You have an empty plot, You give it to someone on rent for 40 Years with condition that the person should setup factory over it, run this factory for 40 years and should give you 9% of the sales (not profits), and after 40 years you will take back the land along with running factory.

Terms with Chinese company are more or less same we agreed with PSA. So, getting deal with same terms when Pakistan's economic and security situation was worst in history is good negotiation at part of Pakistan.

Plus added maritime security as PLAN will definitely transfer some boats in the area to protect its interests.
