True, but the Pakistan Armed Forces have way too much on their plate.

The army had 200,000 + soldiers assisting with the national census, a portion of the forces are still in the clearence of Tribal areas under Zarb-e-Azb, and Operation Radd-ul-Fasaad is in full swing. In addition to that we have to position the bulk of our forces on the Eastern border too.

At this time its not viable to go after those terrorists, but after we are finished with other duties they will eventually be dealt with.
