agar thori c sharam hay to pakistan ko cricket team khatam ker deni chahiya . stop spending so much on useless people.

Here is my take on Pakistan vs Sri Lanka performance by Pakistani cricketer.

Sarfaraz Ahmed (c) †
There is a anti-Karachi lobby already working against Sarfaraz (mentioned by Shoaib Akhtar in this youtube video). Same lobby who wants Imad Wasim to be next captain. Sarfaraz will have to focus on his captaincy and batting otherwise PCB will drop him in all formats of the game. I would like see him continue for one more series to see any improvement. He should be dropped if selectors don't see any improvement.

Babar Azam
VC and Best Batsman in the team and future Captain.

Fakhar Zaman (Opening batsman)
He maybe going through a bad patch. He could be tried @ 3 or 4 to see how he can adjust himself. Some people think he needs to be out and take sometime to work on his game.

Haris Sohail (Middle order batsman)
Biggest enemy of Haris Sohail is himself. Diet, Fitness and practice is the key to become a great batsman. He played slow and too many dot ball in 3rd T20. I would to see him play more aggressively.

Ahmed Shehzad (Opening batsman)
Talent vs mental strength. It seems that he doesn’t have the mental strength to overcome the pressure and put the fear in the heart of the bowlers. There is no doubt that he has the potential but he has not able capitalize on the chances were given to him due to his performance or attitude.

Umar Akmal (Middle-order batsman)
He is a cry baby, lack mental strength, need to go back to basics, go back to drawing board and improve his game.

Iftikhar Ahmed (Middle-order batsman)
I like him the most out of the current bunch. He is proper batsman with great shot selection. He can be middle order or finisher. I hope that PCB will give him as many chances as they gave to Hafeez and don't treat him like Asim Kamal.

Asif Ali (Middle-order batsman)
He might be called hard hitter and finisher but we all know there other who might be better than him. There is already call to drop him and give more chance to others likes Khushdil Shah, Rizwan Hussian, Zeeshan Malik, etc.

Imad Wasim (Allrounder)
he got lucky and survived because of Micky Arthur but everyday is not Sunday. He can’t give tough times to any batsman with mediocre bowling, lack variation and creativity. He is talented and can improve his bowling, and batting. I would suggest he works with blowing coach and improve his bowling. He might be a project like Umer Amin which failed big time.

Faheem Ashraf (Bowling allrounder)
He is becoming more like a Pie throwing machine. Most of the batsmen laugh while playing him, he lacks speed and variation. I compare him to Abdul Razzaq at the end of his career. Off-course Faheem doesn’t have explosive batting of Abdul Razzaq. Abdul Razzaq survived in the team because of his batting and match winning. Fahim Ashraf need to go back to drawing board and improve his game.

Shadab Khan (Bowling allrounder)
He is listed as allrounder but would not consider him true allrounder. He has gotten worse, not able turn the ball, hardly give hard time to batsmen, his bowling and batting is less than mediocre.

Mohammad Nawaz (Allrounder)
He is listed as allrounder but would not consider him true allrounder. His batting is almost nonexistent. He needs to improve his Bowling.

Mohammad Hasnain (Bowler)
He is young with speed but lack variation and seam control. He is learning fast and has a bright future in Pakistani cricket.

Usman Shinwari (Bowler)
He has a great potential and skills to take wickets, need to improve variation and seam control.

Mohammad Amir (Bowler)
His speed is decreased but he is a great bowler and can still take wickets with his variations.

Wahab Riaz (Bowler)
He is close to end his international career, great bowler, speed and skills to take wickets.

We need to rebuild our team and remove all those players who are not performing at international level. I would only retain Babar Azam, Harris Sohail, Mohammad Amir, Wahab Riaz, Usman Shinwari, Mohammad Husnain and Iftikhar Ahmed.

Abid Ali and Shan Masood became only the third opening pair for Pakistan to hit centuries in the same innings as Pakistan turned the tables on Sri Lanka in the second and final Test in Karachi on Saturday.

Abid, nicknamed “legend” in Pakistan's dressing room, hit 174 for his second hundred in as many Tests — becoming the first Pakistani and ninth batsmen overall to score two centuries in his first two Tests.

When the third day's play ended Pakistan were in a strong position with 395-2, having an overall lead of 315 after conceding an 80-run lead in the first innings.

Skipper Azhar Ali was unbeaten on 57 — his first fifty in 14 innings — and Babar Azam on 22 not out.

It was a day for the batsmen as Pakistan added 338 runs after resuming at 57-0 on a National Stadium pitch which dried up to help batting.

Masood blasted 135 for his second century in his 19th Test as the duo put on 278 for the opening wicket, just 20 short of equalling the highest opening stand for Pakistan of 298.

Amir Sohail and Ijaz Ahmed had set that record against the West Indies at the same venue in 1997.

Masood batted for nearly five hours for his 135, which included three sixes and seven fours. Abid struck 21 boundaries and a six in his 398-minute stay at the crease.

Abid's feat
Abid, 32, completed his century with a sweep off spinner Lasith Embuldeniya for two to follow his 109 in the drawn first Test in Rawalpindi — his debut.

The Rawalpindi century made Abid the first batsman ever to score hundreds in both Test and one-day debuts. He had scored 112 in his first ODI, against Australia in Dubai earlier this year.

Abid said team management calling him “legend” adds to his responsibility.

“The management calls me legend, thanks to them,” said Abid. “But it adds to my responsibility to perform well.

This time we were under pressure because of the lead we conceded, but I am happy that we are now in a good position.” It was pacer Lahiru Kumara (2-88) who broke the opening stand when he had Masood caught hooking just five minutes from tea before he trapped Abid with the second new ball.

Abid's successive hundreds have put him in an elite company.

India's Mohammad Azharuddin scored three hundreds in his first three Test after making his debut against England at home in December 1984.

William Ponsford, Doug Walters and Greg Blewett of Australia, Sourav Ganguly and Rohit Sharma of India, Alvin Kallicharran of the West Indies and Jimmy Neesham of New Zealand are the others who hit two consecutive centuries in their first two Tests.

Before lunch, Abid survived a confident leg-before shout off paceman Kumara on 61 but the tourists lost the referral with the replays showing the ball would have missed the stumps.

Masood, playing his 19th Test, completed 1,000 Test runs when he reached 46.

The current series — part of the ongoing World Test championship — is the first in Pakistan since a militant attack on the Sri Lankan team bus in 2009 which suspended international cricket in the country.

The two-match series, which began with a drawn Test in Rawalpindi, marked Pakistan's first Test matches on home soil since the 2009 militant attack on Sri Lanka's team bus in Lahore.

Pakistan secured the emotional series win needing only 16 deliveries to claim the last three wickets en route to a victory in the final Test.

Teenager Naseem Shah, who became the youngest pace bowler to take five wickets in an innings of a Test match, claimed two of the last three wickets as Sri Lanka, chasing 476 for victory, folded for 212.

A BIG victory for Pakistan. Young Naseem Shah picks up five wickets, and Sri Lanka are bundled out for 212.

Pakistan win by 263 runs! What a performance from the hosts

Naseem, who had dismissed Dilruwan Perera with the last delivery on Sunday, struck with the very first ball on the fifth day morning when the 16-year-old sent back Lasith Embuldeniya to be on a hat-trick.

Vishwa Fernando denied him the feat but could not deny Naseem his five-wicket haul and fell in the quick's next over.

Oshada Fernando, whose maiden Test century was the lone significant resistance in the Sri Lankan innings, fell to Yasir Shah, failing to add to his overnight score of 102.

The last four Sri Lankan wickets fell without adding a single run to the total.

Speaking at the post-match ceremony, skipper Azhar Ali noted Naseem's balling performance.

Azhar said that his own century was "long due", adding that he hoped he could continue the performance. On Sunday, the skipper scored 118-runs.

He said that it was advantageous, particularly for batsmen, to play Test series on home grounds. He thanked all security agencies, sponsors, as well as the crowd for the series.

The two-match series against Sri Lanka marks the resumption of Test cricket in the country for the first time in 10 years and nine months. The last time the green shirts won a Test at home was also in Karachi, over 13 years ago, against West Indies, ESPNcricinfo reported.

The first Test played at Pindi Cricket Stadium ended in a draw after being badly affected by the weather. Opener Abid Ali, however, became the first batsman to score hundreds on both Test and One-Day International debuts when he struck a ton during the match.

Abid was awarded both the man of the match and the man of the series.
