I really wonder when this fight is going to finish.... Even though its economy is in shambles, an average Pakistani does not care. The local Punjab region is a hob bed for Jihad recruitment, yet the so-called educated Pakistanis are OK with it. Good for you!

However, India's obsession is mainly limited to the terrorist threat from Pakistan now. Else, India has pretty much moved on.

Pakistan's obsession is comprehensive. It just feels the need to compete with India at every level.

It feels that parity with India is just a God given right for it. Never seen it demand that parity with any other neighbor, be it China, Iran or Afghanistan.

Bruce Riedel wrote in a recent book that I am reading now:

To add to thiscomplexity, the most important strategic imperative for the Pakistani national security bureaucracy, especially the army and the intelligence services, is the competition with India. Indeed, many outsiders underestimate the obsession with India in Pakistan life.


This obsession is well recognized and exploited by the extra regional foreign powers, be it USA or be it China.

I certainly know some things, such as the strategic importance of Kashmir, such as Pakistan, as energy channels to link Central Asia and Iran to India. Indian idea is naked.

Who cares about your so-called definition to the countries outside the region. I tell you, the land connection between China and Pakistan. China is Pakistan's neighbors, will not leave, the neighbors will directly affect China's chaotic border stability. more not to mention China and Pakistan will have deep ties. the port will not leave, trade and energy channel will not leave. China's interests in Pakistan, it is better than your so-called definition to the countries outside the region. even if India all South Asia, almost all of your neighbors are not satisfied with you, you want to change these facts, to do real things, better than typing game on the keyboard.
