The 100,000 troops are deployed as a detterence against bharat. Bharat frequently makes statements about surgical strikes and doing abbotabad like operations. The only way Pakistan might reduce the troop numbers is if bharat significantly reduces the troops on its side. Bharat faces no threat from 100,000, so we can only assume that the reason why they have 80% of their military on Pakistani border is for aggressive purposes. In fact 100,000 is really the bare minimum that can be left on eastern border, that's how it is.
