Pakistan Punjab Assembly approves resolution to make Guru Nanak's birthday a public holiday

india is a geo-graphical term - nothing more - nothing less, the term South Asia, is the one in vogue now.

He was a Punjabi, most Punjabi's are Pakistani, also most of the land mass of Punjab is in Pakistan.

Historic India is geographic as well as cultural. South Asia is a current term . Indian sub-continent is still widely used.

Back in the day if some outsider had to address Guru Nanak he'll call him an Indian/Hindustani and not Punjabi or South Asian ;)

No - he was a Punjabi - loved the land - and identified with it also, he was not indian.

Good news for Pakistani Sikhs, they get a day of work - to visit the place of birth - of founder of their religion,

Guru Nanak was Punjabi born in Pakistan. Historical fact, anyone who denies this is either harami or bhaiya.
