Very good news. Puts a smile on my face.
They do serve a purpose. It is to spy on host nations and undermine the rule of law.
They are not here to serve the people. They are here to serve their masters.
MANY of the NGOs serve no purpose....They are "supposed" to help the under privilege but are run by the rich widows and trophy housewives who probably cant even spell under privileged properly!
Very few do actual work. I was looking into some of them...very easy to trace the "supposed to be legit ones" because people do studies on them and if "supposed to be legit" are THAT dodgy imagine what the not so famous ones are up to!
Dodgy = I read up some of their reports...Yes those piles of 50-80 page reports that no one reads....They had mentioned somewhere around in a research paper that since no one actually reads them and most of the money isnt even questioned about ....it kind of gets lost in the chain of command...BARELY any reaches the under privileged people! Then there is the problems with management where the whites come and sit in large offices, taking vacations like nothing and all the work is thrown on locals (instead of training them) and suddenly the money disappears..and reports are written by peons or clerks without any work done!
And reports state xyz country received this much aid through abc NGO....making the poor country sound like a beggar and the people still looking under privileged?! I could write alot more but then I would need to re-read them reports and quote...too lazy
