Italian Navy's Frigate ITS Alpino (F594) and Aircraft Carrier ITS Cavour (550) arrived in Karachi to take part in joint maritime exercises with the Pakistan Navy.

From October 14 to 16, Italian Navy ship ITS Alpino, and aircraft carrier ITS Cavour will anchor in Karachi.

Italian Navy Carrier Strike Group comprising Aircraft Carrier ITS CAVOUR and Frigate ITS ALPINO, arrived in Khi on a 3-Days visit. Ships were warmly welcomed by senior officials of PakNavy & Ambassador of Italy.

The Italian Navy's Flagship, ITS Cavour (C-550) Aircraft Carrier, & Carlo Bergamini Class Frigate, ITS Alpino (F-594), have arrived at Karachi Naval Dockyard to participate in joint military drills.

The Carrier Strike Group has Lockheed Martin F-35B Lightning II inboard.
