I wouldn't rule out airframe fatigue with the tail breaking in two but these things are not made public in Pakistan.

That was a SeaKing. The picture is of a Z9er C. The SeaKing was a 2nd hand refurbished ex Royal Navy helo. It was on a training mission and the pilot lost control and the fuselage split into 2.
