Is there any possibility of anti-ship ballistic missile test at operational stage ?

However, possibility is highly unlikely as even if something like this exist in planning then it needs to be at experimental stage and cannot be a weapon system of Pakistan Navy.

It is a single warhead carrier missile but is flexible to carry multiple type of warheads. The range is 290 km. I think there have been some design improvements in the missile.

Anti Ship Ballistic missiles can be easily countered by CIWS on ships hence why CMs are better for that purpose especially the sea-skimming ones

BTW this Training launch should be read in context of reports about the deployment of missiles by India at their side of LOC .....

No its not. A ballistic missile is atleast 4 times faster than the maximum speed of CIWS and the speed at which ballistic missile is coming the CIWS will have a time of less than 2 seconds between the maximum range of CIWS and impact area.

Even if we assumed that somehow CIWS take down the target the target will be destroyed just by the impact of RV and its explosives. Coz unlike cruise missiles that are actually flying towards the target and damaging them means they will fall down ballistic missiles are coming with gravity and even destroying them in proximity of 5 to 4 kms means debris of 200 to 500 kg warhead and explosive material is going to land on the target.
