This thread reminds me of another dumb thread about why we hate indians

After 8 pages of useless arguing we realised all we had to do was wait when indians called a flag meeting and shot two soldiers to realise why we hate indians

This is not true. Turkey, Tunisia, UAE , and many other nations have same if not more rights. Problem in some Arab nations is criticism of regimes which were appointed at request of Zionist movement in Europe.

How can you have normal relations with a state whose actions you dont agree with? It would mean everytime they hit palestine you'll have to turn a blind eye to it.

Israeli politics in its early years was dominated by left-wingers. It was they who fought and won existential wars for Israel in 1967 and 1973. So came right-wingers to eat the fruits in 1977. They have stayed in power ever since and helped develop Israeli economy from a socialist one to market-oriented technology nation. Sadly, same people are very pro-settlement in Judea and Samaria (west bank) which is a waste of national resources IMO. So you see all left-wing is not bad and all righ-wing is not good either. Not true. Majority of Israeli Jews today are Mizrahim and Sephardim, not Ashkenazim.

There wouldn't even be an Israel if it weren't for Ashkenazi Jews. The reason I said this was because the modernistic and academic discourse that Israel followed was very European. Ashkenazi Jews were Europeans, and hence the ideals that is nation set for itself early on. From what I read, most of the Mizrahi and Sephardic Jews were into traditional professionals like farming where as the Ashkenazi brought a multitude of skills and experience from Europe.
