Typical of low quality reporting of defence products as it fails to specify the difference between the two.
To me, it seems apparently PA named current to AK I in to get more streamlined naming with AK II...so we can say we will have AK series of tanks.
While MBT 3000 will be named Haider and may also get serialised with Haider II and so on

MBT-3000 failed tests and I don't think we are planning to test it again. OPLOT M will be tested again and T-99 A2 of China can also come for testing. And may be although chances are little that T-90 MS is also tested under AL HAIDER project.
